About Me

My journey to becoming a therapist was inspired by my own experiences with therapy and the profound impact it had on my life. I understand firsthand how transformative it can be to have a safe, supportive space to explore your challenges and rediscover hope. That understanding fuels my passion for helping others navigate their own paths toward growth, clarity, and healing.

I specialize in guiding clients toward greater honesty with themselves—an essential step for meaningful change. Through ongoing assessment and a tailored approach, I adapt modalities to meet each person’s unique needs. While I draw from several therapeutic frameworks, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Oriented Therapy, and Psychodynamic approaches, my focus is always on finding what works best for you.

My goal is to help you feel better by introducing small, consistent behaviors into your daily life. These seemingly simple steps, when practiced over time, can lead to profound shifts in how you experience yourself and the world around you.

What I find most rewarding about this work is witnessing clients rediscover hope and uncover new ways of living that feel authentic and fulfilling. Whether you’re seeking relief from emotional pain, navigating a period of change, or simply looking to understand yourself more deeply, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
