Here’s how you can stay grounded, emotionally resilient, and at peace—even when the world feels chaotic.

Not everything needs your reaction. Not every debate needs your energy. In emotionally charged situations—whether it’s a headline, a conversation, or a social media post—ask yourself:
✔️ Do I have the emotional capacity for this right now?
✔️ Will engaging in this serve me, or will it drain me?
✔️ Can I step away and return to this conversation later (or not at all)?
